Pricing & Estimates

How much does junk removal cost?

Most standard household junk is priced according to how much space it takes up in one of our approximately 18-cubic-yard, 480-cubic-foot trucks. Current standard pricing starts at $159 for a minimum load and goes up to $779 for a full truckload. Heavy materials and certain specialty items use separate pricing. View our current junk removal pricing for complete rates and surcharges.

Can I get an estimate before scheduling?

Yes. Call or text (425) 279-5937 and send photos of the items you need removed. In many cases we can provide a preliminary estimate or price range before your appointment. Your final estimate is confirmed on-site before our crew begins the removal.

Does the price include lifting and loading?

Yes. Busby provides full-service junk removal. Standard service includes our crew removing the items from where they are located, carrying them to the truck, loading them, hauling them away, and sweeping the work area when practical. Projects requiring extended labor, difficult access, or significant dismantling may have additional labor charges that are discussed before the additional work is performed.

Are there extra charges for certain items?

Some materials require special recycling, disposal, handling, or additional labor and may have a surcharge. Examples include mattresses and box springs, refrigerators and other refrigerant-containing appliances, tires, latex paint, pianos, fluorescent lamps, batteries, and certain unusually heavy items. Current surcharge information is listed on our pricing page.

How are concrete, dirt, brick, rock, and other heavy materials priced?

Dense materials are priced differently because truck weight becomes more important than total truck volume. Materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, rock, tile, sod, tree stumps, and roofing debris generally use separate cubic-yard or bed-load pricing instead of standard household-junk volume pricing.

Can I save money by booking online?

Yes. Customers who book their junk removal appointment online can save $10.

Scheduling & Pickup

Do you offer same-day junk removal?

Yes. Busby offers on-demand, same-day, and next-day junk removal when scheduling and truck availability allow. Same-day service is commonly used for move-outs, property turnovers, furniture removal, contractor cleanup, estate cleanouts, and other time-sensitive projects.

Do I need to move everything outside before you arrive?

No. Leave the items where they are. Our crew can remove junk from accessible garages, bedrooms, basements, offices, apartments, storage areas, yards, driveways, and other locations on the property. We handle the lifting and loading.

Will your crew give me a price before starting the job?

Yes. When the crew arrives, they review the items being removed and confirm the final on-site estimate. Work begins after you approve the estimate.

Will I know when the crew is arriving?

Yes. Our crew will contact you before arrival with an updated estimated arrival time. This helps you plan your day without having to move your items outside ahead of time.

How should I prepare for my junk removal appointment?

You generally do not need to move or load anything. Simply identify what should be removed and make sure our crew has safe access to it. If the service is at an apartment, condo, gated community, or commercial property, please arrange any necessary parking, elevator, gate, loading-dock, or property-management access.
