How much does hot tub removal cost?
Plan for an estimated ½–¾ truckload at our current volume rates. This is a starting range, not a fixed price: access, hot tub size, and construction materials can change the amount of truck space and labor required.

Before tax and any extra labor or applicable charges. The $10 online booking discount is not deducted from this estimate.
Access to the hot tub
Stairs, narrow gates, steep slopes, long carries, and tubs surrounded by decking can add time and labor.
Hot tub size
Dimensions and weight affect dismantling, handling, and truck space. Larger tubs may fall outside the typical estimate.
Construction materials
The shell, frame, insulation, and exterior materials affect how the tub comes apart and how much handling and hauling it needs.
Possible extra labor charges
The first hour with two junk haulers is included. If your removal takes longer, additional labor is charged at our current labor rate per hour, per employee on site.
We confirm the final on-site quote before you approve the removal and explain any extra labor charges before the additional work begins.
How should I prepare my hot tub?
Drain most of the water before we arrive. Our crew handles any remaining water once demolition begins.
Plan for electrical capping. Our team shuts off the hot tub’s power at the breaker, but we do not cap electrical wiring. Arrange any needed electrical capping with a licensed electrician.
Share access details. Send photos of the tub, steps, gates, and the path to the loading area. Include approximate dimensions and any known material or construction details.
Can you remove any hot tub?
We remove outdoor hot tubs. Indoor and rooftop hot tubs are not eligible for this service.
For a tub set into a deck, enclosed in a structure, or difficult to reach, send photos before scheduling so we can review the access and work involved.
We serve homes and properties throughout Greater Seattle, the Eastside, and many surrounding communities. Check our full service area.
What happens to the hot tub materials?

Hot tub removal FAQs
Answers about pricing, preparation, access, and scheduling your hot tub removal.
How much does hot tub removal cost?
A typical starting estimate is ½–¾ truckload at our current volume rates. Your final price depends on access, the hot tub’s size, and the materials it is made from.
View our current pricing list. We confirm the final on-site quote before you approve the work.
What can change my hot tub removal estimate?
- Access: Stairs, narrow gates, steep slopes, long carries, and surrounding decking can add time.
- Size: Larger or heavier tubs may require more dismantling, handling, and truck space.
- Materials: The shell, frame, insulation, and exterior affect how the tub comes apart and how much labor it takes.
Some jobs fall outside the typical ½–¾-load range. Photos and approximate dimensions help us provide a more useful initial estimate.
Are there extra charges for demolition or labor?
Dismantling and loading take labor time. The first hour with two junk haulers is included. Jobs that take longer may have additional labor charges at our current labor rate per hour, per employee on site.
We explain any additional labor charges before the extra work begins. Difficult access, a larger tub, or materials that take longer to dismantle can increase the time required.
Do I need to drain the hot tub before removal?
Yes. Drain most of the water before our crew arrives. We handle any remaining water once demolition begins. Preparing the tub in advance helps the removal go more smoothly.
Do I need an electrician before my hot tub is removed?
Our crew shuts off the hot tub’s power at the breaker, but we do not cap electrical wiring. Arrange any needed electrical capping with a licensed electrician. Tell us how the tub is connected when scheduling so we can discuss preparation.
Can you remove a hot tub from a deck or fenced backyard?
We review these removals based on access. Send photos of the hot tub, surrounding decking, gates, stairs, and the route to the truck before scheduling.
A tub set into a deck or enclosed in a structure may need additional work. We will review the access and explain any effect on the estimate.
Do you remove indoor or rooftop hot tubs?
No. This service is for outdoor hot tubs. We do not remove indoor or rooftop hot tubs because of safety and accessibility limitations.
Do I need to cut up or move the hot tub myself?
No. Our crew handles the dismantling, lifting, loading, and hauling. Leave the hot tub in place, drain most of the water, and share the access details when you book. We clean up the work area after removal.
Can I get an estimate by texting photos?
Yes. Text photos to (425) 279-5937. Include the hot tub, its approximate dimensions, your pickup address, and the route from the tub to the loading area. Share any known construction materials or access obstacles.
Photos help us estimate the job. The final quote is confirmed on site before work begins.
Do you recycle the hot tub materials?
We separate recoverable materials for recycling where practical and dispose of the remaining debris responsibly. Recycling options depend on the hot tub’s construction, material condition, and available recovery options.
