How does junk removal work?

Five steps from your project details to a cleared space.

  1. Book online, call, or text

    Share photos, your address, the items or materials, and any access or site-condition details.

  2. Set your appointment

    Choose an available date and time. Confirm parking, entry, elevators, and any building requirements.

  3. Arrival & estimate

    We call when on the way, review the project, and confirm the final price for your approval before work begins.

  4. Loading & cleanup

    Our crew carries, loads, and hauls away the agreed items, then sweeps the work area.

  5. Payment or invoicing

    Pay after the work is complete. Approved commercial accounts can be invoiced as arranged before service.

What affects the removal price?

Standard junk is generally priced by the truck space it uses. Dense materials such as dirt, concrete, and brick use separate bedload pricing.

Multiple truckloads, specialty-item surcharges, extra labor, difficult access, and hazardous environments can affect the total. Photos help with an initial estimate; you approve the final on-site price before work begins.

Most standard junk removal is priced by how much space the items use in our truck.

Work begins only after you approve the final price.
