That’s why we take extra steps to ensure your old refrigerator is handled with care and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. Busby takes the unwanted fridges into special recycling centers where the freon is removed and capped off for reuse

Freon Removal Surcharge

In addition to the volume charge there is a $50 freon disposal fee due to special recycling needs. Alternative rates apply to commercial units and built-in “sub zero type” units. Please call for more information.

My experience with Busby was fantastic! They were professional: owner was quick to respond to my initial reach out ~2pm, sent guys out to check out the junk load the same day (the guys were really great), and the service was scheduled for and took place the next day at 8:30a to haul everything away. A two-man junk removal team provided outstanding service on what was a challenging job. I received their call and went down to get the site ready, but to my astonishment, the job was already complete! They were incredibly fast, efficient, and went above and beyond. Plus, they were both very friendly and helpful. I'm extremely impressed!

Busby was the first to respond to my request for a quote (I used Yelp) and after receiving 5 quotes total, Busby also had the lowest minimum rate which was ideal for my small pickup needs. Signing up for a pickup time was really easy on their website and they were very communicative over text messages. 100% amazing customer experience.

Have used Busby 5 or 6 times now for garage & backyard clean-ups, junk hauling, old furniture removal, etc. I use them because 1) repeat customers get a discount and 2) they’re so good at what they do! Scheduling is super easy. (Today it was “We can be there in 30 min.” Wow!) Communication is smooth & quick. Texting back & forth with price quotes, scheduling, etc. The teams are always on time, efficient, respectful of property and I’ve yet to meet any who are not super friendly. I also appreciate that they recycle what they can before things go to a landfill.

I'm one happy customer. I had a small load but still was worried about the cost. I got their minimum pricing and a 10% discount. I'm sorry I forgot the names of the 2 workers but they were very pleasant and efficient. They called ahead with ETAs when it appeared they would be later than the scheduled time.

Crew will call with an exact ETA when on the way. We will provide you with the final junk hauling estimate when the crew arrives on site.

If you find our estimate acceptable, we will begin right then. We provide full-service junk removal, which means we do all the loading and labor involved in the removal of your rubbish. We will then clean the area to your satisfaction

We accept all forms of payment on site upon completion- check, cash, credit, debt and invoice (Must be commerical account and approved prior to visit)
